We flew out to LA for two days to workshop with the team at IGNITE. We went through brand discovery and brand archetyping, revealing their core identifiers as Premium + Luxury, Global Reach, and Aspirational Lifestyle. Then, using those guidelines as a ruler, we plotted their brand position and desired segmentation as Premium/ Limited ($$$), Core/ Athletic ($$), and Support/ Entry Level ($). Additionally, after our style profile sessions, we identified their targeted apparel audience as seen above. These insights allowed us to build a successful merchandise collection for their web store.
