| Volley for the Cure Ohio wanted to create more revenue for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, while controlling the brand mark execution of Volley for the Cure throughout Ohio. | With participation from many schools in Ohio, Volley for the Cure lacked an efficient way to facilitate product production, manage brand execution, and receive royalties back. Each school was utilizing a local provider and instructing each local provider to pay royalties back to Volley/Komen, which wasn't always successful. | Touchstone spent time with Volley for the Cure Ohio and Komen to understand the challenges facing each school. Touchstone created a complete end-to-end online solution that provided each school with a portal to access all program information, and the ability to order all event-based uniforms and merchandise. Touchstone's solution efficiently delivered product to each school, on time, while controlling the brand marks of Volley for the Cure. |
Touchstone's solution delivered brand mark which brought consistent recognition to Volley for the Cure Ohio and Komen. In addition, Touchstone increased royalties to Komen from $4,500 annually to over $50,000 annually. |
