Touchstone constructs new Headquarters & Fulfillment Center in Mason, OH
Mason, Ohio, based Touchstone Merchandise Group, LLC (TMG formerly Aztec Group, Inc.) is constructing a new headquarters/fulfillment center in Mason, Ohio. Located on Industrial Row, the 40,000 square foot building is being constructed by local developer Al Neyer, Inc. Neyer began construction June 1 and expects that the building will be ready to occupy November 5. TMG plans to move into the new headquarters/fulfillment center November 16.
Touchstone Merchandise Group owners Derek Block and Larry Sheakley are constructing the new headquarters to handle rapid company growth. TMG President Derek Block says, Were excited about our future growth and look forward to being able to handle even more business by year end as a result of the added space and technology improvements the new facility will allow us to provide to clients. Our proprietary technology platform and new pick/pack/ship bar coding system will be best in class and is a big part of our process improvement with the new facility.
The state-of-the-art building will feature 15,000 square feet of office space, a 3,000 square foot showroom, and 25,000 square feet of warehouse and fulfillment space with 24-foot clear height. 50 TMG employees will occupy the space by year end. ProProcure and Direct, Inc., also owned by Larry Sheakley and Derek Block, will operate out of the newly constructed Industrial Row location as well.
Touchstone's current 12,000 square foot location (also on Industrial Row) is being sold by owners Derek Block and Larry Sheakley.
