VP-GSA Program Operations

Location: Mason, OH

The Touchstone VP – GSA Program Operations will be a knowledgeable, industry experienced professional that will be responsible for the day to day operations, sales, and growth of the Strategic Accounts within the GSA Department.

 

The VP – GSA Program Operations will be responsible for all day to day aspects of the management and operations of the Strategic Accounts, including capitalizing on his/her own Personal Professional Skills, Communication, Managing Execution of Program Operations, and Revenue. The VP – GSA Program Operations will be responsible for working with the GSA team, external clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure all Strategic Account programs are effective, efficient, and profitable.  These responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: inventory control, marketing, program launches, merchandising, client management, performance to goals of the programs, and establishing metrics and the reporting thereof for each account.  The VP – GSA Program Operations will also be responsible for the management and growth of his/her direct reports.  Further, the VP – GSA Program Operations could potentially also have some direct account management and New Business Development responsibilities.Responsibilities:

• This position will be exclusively responsible for the success and growth of all Strategic Accounts within the GSA channel of the organization.

• Have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, manage their time effectively, be able to multitask, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
 
• Have the ability to help the Strategic Account Managers do artwork, lead them to appropriate vendors, provide them with strong merchandise and trend knowledge, teach them strong presentation and communication skills, help them to be organized, direct them in the ability to successfully use internal resources, and to have the ability to manage.
 
• Program Operations must coordinate and communicate with customers, manage the interaction with other internal departments and outside suppliers to ensure accurate delivery of the solution sold to the customer.
 
• Manage the Strategic Account Managers in providing their clients with idea/solution generation, product research, quoting, artwork, and presentations when necessary.
 
• Accountable for the merchandising, inventory management, timeline management, expense management, and on time delivery of projects to Strategic Account clients. 
 
• Perform follow-up, including QBRs, with the Strategic Account clients to ensure client satisfaction.
 
• Responsible for hitting the revenue and expense budgets as set by the SVP of GSA Operations for the programs of all Strategic Accounts.  The VP – GSA Program Operations will direct their team in all marketing and sales incentives, the obtaining of referrals, the execution of on-site sales, and the revenue growth in the Strategic Accounts group.
 

Requirements:

 
• College degree preferred. 
 
• Management experience required.
 
• Ability to use Power Point, Excel, and Word required; Illustrator, PhotoShop, and Microsoft Project preferred. 
 
• Industry Experience Required. 
 
• Merchandising Experience Required. 
 
• Management Experience required.
